In recognition of the above, we have adopted the following agreement regarding sexual responsibility in Palm Springs.

To maintain attendee confidentiality,
No cameras (including camcorders, cell phones, or flipvideo cameras) are allowed at Helios Resort. We have authorized professional photographers who will be able to take your picture for you at our clothing optional resorts for a fee.

If you plan to have sex while in palm springs at Helios Resort & Spa or if you just want to masturbate or even if you just plan to watch, please read this agreement in order to understand the resorts rules of conduct. This agreement encourages personal responsibility cleanliness, and protects the health and safety of all participants.

#1 - Safer Sex Policy

Unprotected anal sex at Helios Resort is discouraged. Protected anal sex is supported and codoms and lube are provided. Safer sex is the rule.

Oral sex is allowed, however, we ask that everyone who plans to participate have a health screening for syphillis, herpes, ghonorea, hepatitis, HIV and TB etc.,prior to attending the Blatino Oasis Weekend. If you have an active Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) please do not participate any sexual activities except self masturbation.

If you are HIV+ be prepared to disclose if someone asks your status or feel free to disclose prior to engaging in sex with another person, however, this is not a requirement for HIV+ individuals.
Again, safer sex is the rule.

If you have bleeding gums, please abstain from sucking dick and eating ass.

#3- Cleanliness

Helios has an outdoor shower.
If you want to shower while at the Helios, please bring
your own towel. Pack a backpack for yourself with everything
you will need. Pack a small bottle of liquid soap and put it in a baggie just in case it spills.
Please do not overdo it on the cologne.

Please be sure to throughly clean yourself (bath or shower) before and after participating in any sex gathering. Bad body odor and breath is not a turn on.

If you bottom, please be clean. If you think that you might get fucked, prepare yourself.

Please discard of all condoms appropriately.
Do not flush down our toilets
or throw condoms on the ground.
Place all used condoms in the trash cans.

b) What happens at Helios stays at Helios. We ask that everyone who participates in a sex gathering maintain the privacy of fellow Helios participants.

c) Please show respect to everyone involved. The best way to let a person know that you are not interested in them during a sex gathering is to gently remove their hand from your body if they touch you.
